Jonathan Ott
Shift MillerJon was promoted to Shift Miller in 2018 after several years as Product Coordinator. Last year was a busy and successful year for Jon as he completed his IAOM Correspondence Course, attended the Basics of Flour Milling short course at KSU, and triumphed winning first place at the Miller Milling Olympics. We look forward to Jon’s future milling endeavors and contributions to Miller Milling!
Family
The oldest of three boys, Jon works alongside his father and brother at the Winchester Mill. He is married to his lovely wife, Shannon.
Hobbies
Enjoys fishing but spends most of his free time volunteering at his wife’s non-profit Shenandoah Valley Equine Rescue Network.
