Miller Milling Company’s plant and storage facility in Fresno, California is strategically located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley growing region. Much of the wheat milled is grown locally. High quality winter wheat and durum varieties can be grown in California due to its climate and irrigation, so we can provide customers higher protein, higher absorption winter wheat at a competitive price.
This mill can supply the entire growing, high-demand markets of Los Angeles and Southern California. The Los Angeles facility has extensive sourcing capabilities, and mills both hard and soft wheat to produce a wide variety of flour products.
This high-yielding mill is located in the heart of a wide wheat-growing region, ranging from South Dakota to Canada. It can readily serve customers throughout the Upper Midwest and Eastern United States. New Prague has multi-product capabilities, including hard wheat flours and high-demand stone ground whole wheat. And it’s one of the very few facilities in the U.S. that can produce malted barley flour for nationwide distribution.
The Oakland mill has been updated to create a modern, energy-efficient “green” facility. The mill is a leader in biodegradable and recyclable packing, and continues to develop sustainable processes. It mainly serves customers in the Bay Area and Northern California.
This mill is located in the heart of a Texas hard red wheat belt, with excellent sourcing capabilities. It produces a variety of hard and soft flours and whole wheat flour. Saginaw features best-in-class technology along with a highly automated production process.
Centrally located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, the Winchester facility produces a variety of durum and hard wheat products. It also services the adjacent pasta manufacturing facility owned by New World Pasta.
